ADVISING NGOs
We provided strategic guidance and support to other NGOs working to transform the human food system.
We assist in existing NGOs in a variety of ways to help them grow their effectiveness. These include:
program creation
leadership coaching
fundraising, and other key areas.
Additionally, we identify and help fund innovative or underfunded organizations, with a special focus on high-impact and under served areas of the world such as China and India.
We also provide selected new programs with Fiscal Sponsorship to assist in their creation and growth. This allows new and worthwhile projects that otherwise might not come into being to form more quickly and without unnecessary duplication administrative structures.
