Fellowship Program

We seek out and cultivate leaders who need support to start and continue their pivotal work, especially in underserved communities and regions. By bringing them on as Fellows for one year, we provide to them financial support that allows them to stay focussed on our shared mission, and we give guidance on how to grow their power and influence.

The right person at the right time in the right place can make all the difference.

Our Fellowship Program provides funding at crucial moments where people are making key career and life decisions. The people we support today will be the leaders of tomorrow, and the problems we hope to solve will require many such tomorrows.
